TWO PARTS, ONE PROGRAM

My methodology is an education program spanning six months.

This program is designed to not only teach and coach you on achieving enduring health but also to empower you with the knowledge for a lifetime of well-being. Once you've mastered these fundamental aspects, we'll delve deeper into life coaching, refining your clarity, focus, and energy for a more fulfilling life.

I split this into PHYSICAL HEALTH and LIFE COACHING.

STAGE ONE
Together, we will deep dive into your life to learn about your purpose, mental well-being, and physical fitness.I will introduce you to the Time curve, my theory and methodology, based on years of scientific peer-reviewed research and education spanning 20+ years. The curve illustrates the tangible impact—whether positive or negative—on your time-based health, providing a visual representation of the knowledge you’ll gain from this program.

STAGE TWO
Over the next three months, we'll prioritise your physical health, tailoring it to fit in with your busy schedule. I'll also provide insights into the reasons behind my approach, ensuring you understand the significance of each step in the process.This stage is underpinned by the TIME Pyramid.

STAGE THREE
The final three months of your program will focus on life coaching, targeting your goals, aspirations and purpose. Led by my 'Association for Coaching' accredited coaching certification.

TRAINING
The time you spend in the gym is important. However, it’s not the most important area of the pyramid.
ACTIVITY
Small tweaks to your lifestyle can lead to big transformations. A ripple effect in all aspects of your life.
NUTRITION
This is where people fall. Ultimately down to a lack of understanding that you can’t remedy poor nutrition solely through exercise; it requires a comprehensive approach.
SLEEP/REST
The significance of this area all but overshadows the other areas. That’s how important sleep and rest is.
WHY
Your why is the rock and core of the Time Pyramid. The reason why you will do this forever.

When can I start my one-to-one coaching program?

I’d love to transform many lives through 1-2-1 coaching.

But, since each client requires considerable time and energy, I have a limited capacity. If I'm currently booked, you'll be placed on a waiting list. 

Once space is available, I will let you know.

My next available slot is March 2024.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO WORK WITH YOU?

Unfortunately, I can’t work with everyone due to time constraints.

That’s why I offer extensive education throughout my website to help kickstart your journey independently.

DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON COACHING?

This program is 100% remote.

However, if you’re local, we can meet in person for our consultation and some sessions to make sure you’re comfortable with the program.

HOW LONG WILL MY PROGRAM LAST?

The program typically runs for six months, focusing on educating and coaching you toward self-sufficiency in your journey.

If needed, we can extend the program.

WILL YOU WORK WITH ANYONE?

TIME isn't for everyone.

It’s not a body transformation program geared toward getting in shape for a holiday.

If that's your goal, I can direct you to excellent coaches and programs specialised in that area.
